Three Filipinas living in Japan become friends at a weekend Filipino gathering in Kitakyushu, Fukuoka. Hiyasmin Macaraig works different odd jobs to provide for her family in the Philippines. Cynthia Mae Valdes, or CM, was an English Tutor who decided to stay in Japan to provide for her jobless live-in partner and their kid after her contract ended. Mitch Sarmiento is a Masters student over her head in gambling debt. The three are are soon roped into a heist that will set them up for life, if not a good while, so long as they can pull it off.
